SERVICE PROVIDER TRANSITION ROLES AND GOVERNANCE ALIGNMENT. Transition Executive DIR Transition Project DCS Service Provider Incumbent Service DIR Transition and DCS Transition MSI Transition Server SCP Transition Mainframe SCP Network SCP Print /Mail SCP Data Center SCP The following Transition Plan Governance structure provides jurisdiction and management oversight to the DCS Transition. Transition Solution Group DIR has established a Transition Solution Group chartered by the DCS IT Leadership Committee, and comprised of selected stakeholders from DIR, DIR Customer through Agency Partner Group representatives, MSI, and SCP representatives empowered to speak and make commitments for their organizations. Potential roles and responsibilities for the Transition Solution Group may include communicating the Transition program charter, goals and values to DIR Customers, oversight of DCS Transition Project progress, providing strategic guidance to Transition project teams, approving deliverables, resolving or escalating DIR Customer-specific issues, and and reviewing any proposed changes to deliverables or schedules. Transition Solution Group membership and responsibilities will be established in accordance with Exhibit 6.

SERVICE PROVIDER TRANSITION ROLES AND GOVERNANCE ALIGNMENT. The Service Provider has a Transition team dedicated to the Data Center Services Agreement. The Service Provider’s Transition Director will lead the Service Provider Transition team. Reporting into the Transition Director are two teams, an MSI interface team and an operations readiness team. This organization will align to MSI and DCS program governance structures, including the SPT PMO and the DIR DCS Transition PMO. The MSI interface team will focus on activities around integrating tools and processes with the MSI. The operations readiness team will focus on activities around transitioning services from the Incumbent Service Provider to the Service Provider.   • Employee Access to Personnel File An employee shall have the right to read and review his/her personnel file on reasonable notice and by written request to the Human Resources Manager.   • Academic Policies and Student Support Services X. Xxxx College courses offered as dual credit, regardless of where they are taught, follow the same syllabus, course outline, textbook, grading method, and other academic policies and procedures as the courses outlined in the Hill College policy manual, catalog, and student handbook.   • Information about Contractor Employees 23.1. The Authority may by notice require the Contractor to disclose such information as the Authority may require relating to those of the Contractor’s employees carrying out activities under or connected with the Framework Agreement.

  • Access to Personnel Files All employees shall be allowed access to their personnel files during normal working hours for inspection and/or copies of documents which will be provided by the Employer. Such inspection shall be made subject to prior arrangement with the Employer.

  • AIN Selective Carrier Routing for Operator Services, Directory Assistance and Repair Centers 4.3.1 BellSouth will provide AIN Selective Carrier Routing at the request of <<customer_name>>. AIN Selective Carrier Routing will provide <<customer_name>> with the capability of routing operator calls, 0+ and 0- and 0+ NPA (LNPA) 555-1212 directory assistance, 1+411 directory assistance and 611 repair center calls to pre-selected destinations.

  • Transition of Services Upon request by the State prior to expiration or earlier termination of this Contract or any Services provided in this Contract, Contractor shall provide reasonable and necessary assistance to accomplish a complete transition of the Services from Contractor to the State or any replacement provider designated solely by the State without any interruption of or adverse impact on the Services. Contractor shall cooperate fully with the State or any successor provider and shall promptly take all steps required to assist in effecting a complete transition of the Services designated by the State. All services related to such transition shall be performed at no additional cost beyond what would be paid for the Services in this Contract.

  • Access to Personnel File Each employee shall have reasonable access to his/her personnel file for the purpose of reviewing any evaluations or formal disciplinary notations contained therein, in the presence of the Director of Personnel or designate. An employee has the right to request copies of any evaluations in this file.

  • OBLIGATIONS AND ACTIVITIES OF CONTRACTOR AS BUSINESS ASSOCIATE 1. Contractor agrees not to use or further disclose PHI County discloses to Contractor other than as permitted or required by this Business Associate Contract or as required by law.
