Service Provider shall provide to DIR written notice of any acts or omissions (whether by DIR, a DIR Customer, a DCS Service Provider, DIR Contractor, Service Provider or any third party), any failure to perform any of each such party's obligations under the Agreement and any other events that may affect Service Provider's performance of Service Provider's obligations under the Agreement.
The licensed or registered person would also have to satisfy itself whether or not the company was being used as a nominee to conceal that person's identity.
