Serious Breaches Sample Clauses

Serious Breaches. While in most cases each step of the procedure will be followed in sequential order, in certain cases serious breaches of procedures or standards relating to safety, environmental, sexual harassment or discrimination, may result in an employee going straight to Step 3 of the procedure. To avoid doubt, serious breaches in this context refer to breaches that are likely to significantly put at risk other persons or the environment, for which it is not reasonable for a second breach to be tolerated.
