Sensitive uses. Customer may not portray any person depicted in Visual Content (a “Model”) in a way that a reasonable person would find offensive, including but not limited to depicting a Model: i) in connection with pornography, "adult videos", adult entertainment venues, escort services, dating services, or the like; ii) in connection with the advertisement or promotion of tobacco products; iii) as endorsing a political party, candidate, elected official, or opinion; iv) as suffering from, or medicating for, a physical or mental ailment; or v) engaging in immoral or criminal activities.

  • Appropriate Use It will use its Project property for appropriate purposes (including joint development purposes as well as uses that provide program income to support public transportation) for the duration of the useful life of its Project property, which may extend beyond the duration of the Award, and consistent with other requirements FTA may impose.
