Visual Content definition

Visual Content shall refer collectively to Images and Footage. The following Terms of Service ("TOS") constitutes an agreement between Customer and Shutterstock setting forth the rights and obligations with respect to any Visual Content licensed by you. By agreeing to the TOS, you agree that these terms control your rights and obligations with respect to all Visual Content licenses set forth herein, notwithstanding the subscription or license you may be purchasing today. Please revisit these TOS when you purchase any Visual Content. UNLESS YOU PURCHASE A "TEAM SUBSCRIPTION" OR "PREMIER LICENSE", THIS IS A SINGLE SEAT LICENSE AUTHORIZING ONE NATURAL PERSON TO LICENSE, DOWNLOAD AND USE VISUAL CONTENT. Visual Content means any Content viewable or representable as 2D or 3D images, models, or other representations,
Visual Content means all photographic, video materials and/or event IP formats created by Frame Perfect Ltd (FP) pursuant to an Assignment and includes but is not limited to transparencies, negatives, prints, digital files or any other types of physical or electronic material recording either still or moving images.
Visual Content means the photographic material, illustrations, video- clips/footage, video and frames from video or other visual content, whether generated optically, electronically, digitally or by any other means, which shall also include keywords, descriptions, credits and captions associated therewith, which is supplied in digital format, from time to time under the terms of the present Agreement.
Visual Content means any 2D or 3D content downloaded or acquired in any format that is available for license from the Geopipe website. The following Terms of Service ("TOS") constitutes an agreement between Customer and Geopipe setting forth the rights and obligations with respect to any Content licensed by you. By agreeing to these TOS, you agree that these terms control your rights and obligations with respect to all Content licenses set forth herein, notwithstanding the subscription or license you may be purchasing today. Please revisit these TOS when you purchase any Content licenses. Geopipe reserves the right to modify these terms at any time in its sole discretion. Geopipe will notify you of any such change by an announcement on this page, your login page, and/or by other means to provide you the opportunity to review the modifications before they become effective. Modifications to these TOS will not apply retroactively. By continuing to download and/or use Content, you agree to be bound by all such changes. Visual Content means any photographs, drawings, images, computer- generated designs or graphics, sprites, vectors, and the like for licensing by Sprout.
Visual Content means all text, images, graphics and other information and/or materials on Välfärdsguiden.

Related to Visual Content

  • Customer Content means all software, data (including personal data), information, text, images, audio, video, photographs, non-AVEVA or third-party applications, and other content and material, in any format, provided by Customer, any of Customer’s users, or on behalf of Customer that is stored in, or run on or through, the Products and Support Services.

  • Custom Materials means Materials developed by the Supplier at the Procuring Entity's expense under the Contract and identified as such in Appendix 5 of the Contract Agreement and such other Materials as the parties may agree in writing to be Custom Materials. Custom Materials includes Materials created from Standard Materials.

  • Your Content means all software, data (including Personal Data), text, images, audio, video, photographs, non-Oracle or third party applications, and other content and material, in any format, provided by You or any of Your Users that is stored in, or run on or through, the Services. Services under this Agreement, Oracle Software, other Oracle products and services, and Oracle intellectual property, and all derivative works thereof, do not fall within the meaning of the term “Your Content.” Your Content includes any Third Party Content that is brought by You into the Services by Your use of the Services or any Oracle-provided tools.

  • DXC Sensitive Information means DXC Confidential Information, Intellectual Property, PHI, DXC Customer data, and Personal Information.

  • Sensitive Information means controlled unclassified information of a commercial, financial, proprietary, or privileged nature. The term includes technical data and computer software, but does not include information that is lawfully, publicly available without restriction.

  • Background Material means any pre-existing works in which the Intellectual Property Rights are owned by either Party, which have been prepared by that Party outside the scope of this Agreement or which were licensed from a third party by that Party.”

  • Project Materials means any and all works of authorship, artistic, literary and other works, inventions and materials designed, created, developed, written or prepared by the Supplier (or the Supplier's Personnel) in the course of providing the Services, whether individually, collectively or jointly with the Purchaser and on whatever media;
