Security threat. Any use of the Services in breach of this Agreement, User Manual or Orders by Customer or End-Users that in Barco’s judgment threatens the security, integrity or availability of Barco’s services, may result in the immediate suspension of the Services. Barco will use commercially reasonable efforts under the circumstances to provide Customer with notice and an opportunity to remedy such violation or threat prior to such suspension.

U.S. flag time chartered vessel(s) services are considered essential contractor services to the Department of Defense in support of military and associated support missions.
