User Manual. NCPS may amend or repeal any provision in the User Manual or adopt a new User Manual at any time. Any such amendment, repeal or adoption shall upon the effective date of such amendment, repeal or adoption, as applicable, be binding on Company, including its Authorized Contributors, and unless otherwise required by Law, all Trades entered into after such effective date. NCPS will provide notice to Company, including its Authorized Contributors, of any material changes to the User Manual by publishing the change on the PPEX Site.
User Manual. LICENSEE may view or print the user manuals from the program CD, and there is no charge for such electronic manuals. LICENSEE may also purchase pre-printed manuals from ELITE for a fee plus the costs of shipping and handling. LICENSEE acknowledges the resolution of images, such as screen captures, is much better from the pre-printed manuals.
User Manual. Licensee is entitled to one (1) copy of the applicable User Manual in electronic, paper or other form as usually accompanies the Pitney Xxxxx Software for each License granted. "User Manual" means any manual and other written documentation (including on-line documentation) supplied by Pitney Xxxxx to Licensee at the time of delivery of, and for use with, the Pitney Xxxxx Software or in connection with Software Maintenance (other than updates or enhancements, if any, relating to carrier compliance), in each case where such manual or other documentation describes the core functionality of the Pitney Xxxxx Software. Pitney Xxxxx may make changes in the User Manual to correct or remove errors in documentation and to bring the User Manual into substantial compliance with the Pitney Xxxxx Software.
User Manual. 20.1. NuPay shall, from time to time, issue the Merchant with a User Manual which regulates, among other things, the use of the NuPay System and the Terminal.

As used in this Agreement, the term “User Manual” means the current (as of the date of any use of the Services described in this Agreement) instructions, procedures, recommendations, documents, or other information exchanged or provided or made available by Bank or any third-party service provider or vendor to Customer in either paper or electronic form, including through the RDC Service, Online Payment Service, and/or ACH Service. User Manual. 5.1 Certus shall provide or make available the User Manual. Any help files supplied with the Software and information on the Certus’s websites or with or on physical media shall be deemed to form part of the User Manual.
User Manual. The New Issues Acceptance Guide, Euroclear’s user manual for participants, will include a description of the Section 3(c)(7) restrictions in the form attached hereto as Appendix A-2. The manual is continually accessible to all Euroclear participants on the Euroclear web site (updated on a bi-monthly basis) and is also distributed monthly to Euroclear’s participants xxx XX-xxx.
