Section 34191. 4(c)(1)(A) of the Dissolution Law allows a successor agency that has received a Finding of Completion (“Finding”) to use bond proceeds from bonds issued on or before December 31, 2010 for the purposes for which the bonds were sold, provides that such proceeds in excess of amounts needed to satisfy approved enforceable obligations shall be expended in a manner consistent with the original bond covenants, and further provides that such expenditures shall constitute “excess bond proceeds obligations” that shall be listed separately on the successor agency’s Recognized Obligation Payment Schedule (“ROPS”).
Section 34191. 5(b) of the Dissolution Act requires the Successor Agency, within six months following issuance of a finding of completion pursuant to Section 34179.5 of the Dissolution Act, to prepare and submit for Department of Finance approval a long-range property management plan (“Property Plan”) that addresses the disposition and use of real properties of the CDC.

They may not, however, continue to advise the employee on courses of 18 action after the employee has indicated a desire not to pursue a grievance. This does not, however, 19 preclude the Association's right to pursue the matter to conclusion. They may consult with the District 20 on complaints without a grievance being made by an individual employee.

  • Section 4.4 10 The Association reserves and retains the right to delegate any right or duty contained herein, within the 11 scope of statute, to appropriate officials of the Public School Employees of Washington State 12 Organization.
