Execution by Sprint Spectrum L.P., and SprintCom, Inc............96 MASTER LEASE AND SUBLEASE THIS MASTER LEASE AND SUBLEASE (this "AGREEMENT") is made and entered into this 26th day of May, 2005 (the "EFFECTIVE DATE"), by STC FIVE LLC, a Delaware limited liability company ("LESSOR"), SPRINT SPECTRUM L.P., a Delaware limited partnership ("SPRINT COLLOCATOR"), GLOBAL SIGNAL ACQUISITIONS II LLC, a Delaware limited liability company ("LESSEE"), and GLOBAL SIGNAL INC., a Delaware corporation ("GLOBAL PARENT"). Lessor, Sprint, Lessee and Global Parent are sometimes individually referred to in this Agreement as a "PARTY" and collectively as the "PARTIES".
Section 4.4. 16 The Superintendent of Schools or designee may grant absences, with pay, to classified employees to 17 attend conferences, workshops and conventions when such meetings are related to the custodial, 18 maintenance field.
Section 4.4. 9 The President of the Association and designated representatives will be provided time off without pay to a 10 maximum of ten (10) days per year to attend regional or State meetings when the purpose of those 11 meetings is in the best interests of the District as determined by the District administration.
