SECTA President. The SECTA president shall be granted release time to conduct business of the local association. The percentage of president release for the coming year shall be determined by the SECTA Executive and communicated to Superintendent of Human Resources no later than March 30. SECTA shall reimburse the Board one-half (1/2) of the salary for the percentage of the president’s release time according to the salary rate of the Provincial Collective Bargaining Agreement.
