Screening and Approval Process. The Judicial Council shall conduct the screening and approval of employees of Licensee and Subcontractor(s) that have access to the Restricted Areas pursuant to the Judicial Council’s then-current background check policies and procedures (“Background Check Policy”). Licensee agrees to cooperate with the Judicial Council with respect to the screening of those employees. The version of the Judicial Council Background Check Policy in effect as of the Effective Date is included in this document as Exhibit Q. The Judicial Council may update and/or revise the Background Check Policy at any time, without notice to the Licensee. Licensee acknowledges that the definition of Restricted Areas in this Contract is broader and includes more areas than the definition of Restricted Areas in the Background Check Policy and that the definition of Restricted Areas that includes the most areas will control. Licensee must comply with the provisions of this Background Checks provision in this Contract and with the Background Check Policy.

The Judicial Council will issue an identification badge to each person who is approved by the Judicial Council pursuant to this Background Checks provision 1.2 (“Judicial Council Screening and Approval Process”), bearing that person’s name and picture. The badge will indicate that the person is permitted to access the Restricted Areas. The Judicial Council will either (a) notify Licensee if an employee is approved, whereupon the Judicial Council will issue an identification badge for that person, or (b) provide an identification badge for the person to the Licensee, and Licensee will be responsible for issuing the identification badge to that person. All such persons must wear their identification badges in a readily visible manner whenever they are in a Restricted Area. The Licensee will have a procedure in place to ensure that all badges are returned to the Judicial Council upon the termination of an employee.
Screening and Approval Process. When conducting screenings of County employees and County Contractor employees, Managing Party shall utilize a Live Scan background check or, if the Live Scan system becomes unavailable during the Term of this MOU, by other similar or successor system. Exhibit “C” to this MOU sets forth the criteria for approval of a County employee or County Contractor employee based on the results of the screening. In lieu of the Managing Party conducting the screening and approval process set forth herein, the Contributing Party may, but is not obligated to, conduct the screening and approval of County employees or County Contractor employees that have access to the Restricted Areas, and, in such event, County agrees to cooperate with the AOC with respect to the screening of County employees or County Contractor employees that access the Restricted Areas.

  • Approval Process Tenant shall notify Landlord whether it approves of the submitted working drawings within three business days after Landlord’s submission thereof. If Tenant disapproves of such working drawings, then Tenant shall notify Landlord thereof specifying in reasonable detail the reasons for such disapproval, in which case Landlord shall, within five business days after such notice, revise such working drawings in accordance with Tenant’s objections and submit the revised working drawings to Tenant for its review and approval. Tenant shall notify Landlord in writing whether it approves of the resubmitted working drawings within one business day after its receipt thereof. This process shall be repeated until the working drawings have been finally approved by Landlord and Tenant. If Tenant fails to notify Landlord that it disapproves of the initial working drawings within three business days (or, in the case of resubmitted working drawings, within one business day) after the submission thereof, then Tenant shall be deemed to have approved the working drawings in question. Any delay caused by Tenant’s unreasonable withholding of its consent or delay in giving its written approval as to such working drawings shall constitute a Tenant Delay Day (defined below). If the working drawings are not fully approved (or deemed approved) by both Landlord and Tenant by the 15th business day after the delivery of the initial draft thereof to Tenant, then each day after such time period that such working drawings are not fully approved (or deemed approved) by both Landlord and Tenant shall constitute a Tenant Delay Day.

  • Synchronization, Commissioning and Commercial Operation 4.1.1 The Power Producer shall give at least thirty (30) days written notice to the SLDC and GUVNL, of the date on which it intends to synchronize the Power Project to the Grid System.

  • Review and Approval Documents specified above must be submitted for review and approval by CITY Purchasing and Contracts prior to the commencement of work by CONTRACTOR. Neither approval by CITY nor failure to disapprove the insurance furnished by CONTRACTOR shall relieve CONTRACTOR of CONTRACTOR’S full responsibility to provide the insurance required by this Contract.   • Incident Reporting and Client Risk Prevention An incident report shall be created and maintained at the AGENCY for the following: in the event the AGENCY’S staff or subcontractor becomes aware of an occurrence of any incident of injury to a client receiving program services through the COUNTY, requiring medical treatment by a licensed physician; any lawsuit entered into or against the AGENCY, all allegations of any kind of abuse, neglect, or exploitation of the AGENCY’S clients with the exception of those AGENCIES whose primary function is working with those that have been abused, neglected or exploited unless the allegation is against an AGENCY staff member; media coverage relating to the media expressing an interest in a case or issue concerning a client of the AGENCY or an employee on the AGENCY premises, a fire, hostage situation, bomb threat, epidemic or any circumstance which may impact the service provision. All occurrences shall be verbally communicated directly to COUNTY staff no later than 10:00 a.m. the following business day via telephone to the COUNTY. All incident reports shall be made available to the COUNTY upon request and maintained at the AGENCY. These reporting requirements shall in no way supersede the requirements for notification of allegations of abuse/neglect/exploitations to the State of Florida Abuse Hotline, as mandated in Chapter(s) 39 and 415, Florida Statutes.

  • Inspection and Approval All works embracing more than one process shall be subject to examination and approval at each stage thereof and the Contractor shall given due notice to the Engineer-in-Charge or his authorized representative when each stage is ready. In default of such notice the Engineer-in- Charge shall be entitled to appraise the quality and extent thereof.

  • Drug and Alcohol Testing – Safety-Sensitive Functions A. Employees required to have a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) are subject to pre-employment, post-accident, random and reasonable suspicion testing in accordance with the U.S. Department of Transportation rules, Coast Guard Regulations (46 CFR Part 16) or the Federal Omnibus Transportation Employee Testing Act of 1991. The testing will be conducted in accordance with current Employer policy.

  • Evaluation, Testing, and Monitoring 1. The System Agency may review, test, evaluate and monitor Grantee’s Products and services, as well as associated documentation and technical support for compliance with the Accessibility Standards. Review, testing, evaluation and monitoring may be conducted before and after the award of a contract. Testing and monitoring may include user acceptance testing. Neither the review, testing (including acceptance testing), evaluation or monitoring of any Product or service, nor the absence of review, testing, evaluation or monitoring, will result in a waiver of the State’s right to contest the Grantee’s assertion of compliance with the Accessibility Standards.

  • Synchronisation Commissioning and Commercial Operation 8.1 The Developer shall provide at least forty (40) days advanced preliminary written notice and at least twenty (20) days advanced final written notice to ESCOM of the date on which it intends to synchronize the Power Project to the Grid System.
