Scope of this Amendment. This Amendment shall amend, modify and revise the Terms only to the extent set forth expressly in Section 1 of this Amendment, and, except to the extent set forth in Section 1 of this Amendment, the terms and provisions of the Terms shall remain in full force and effect after Effective Date. Scope of this Amendment. This Amendment shall amend, modify and revise the Interconnection Agreement only to the extent set forth expressly in Section 1 of this Amendment, and, except to the extent set forth in Section 1 of this Amendment, the terms and provisions of the Interconnection Agreement shall remain in full force and effect after the date first set forth above.
Scope of this Amendment. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Amendment, the provisions of this Amendment, including as provided in Section 1.02 below, are expressly and solely for the benefit of the Holder or other holders of the Existing Notes. Scope of this Amendment. 1. Revise the plans to provide design engineering for the realignment of the gravity sanitary sewer from Sta. 45+44.2 to Sta. 55+59.6. The new centerline to parallel the DM& E Railroad tracks and within the DM&E Right of Way thence northwesterly paralleling the easterly lot line of Lot 2 of the Wal-East Subdivision.
Scope of this Amendment. This Amendment applies only to Willow Vista, being that por- tion of the Willow Ridge development project originally platted as the 35-lot “Willow Ridge Custom Lots” subdivision, recorded in the office of the Pima County Recorder on September 6, 2007, at Book 63 of Maps and Plats, Page 5 (Sequence 20071730602).
Scope of this Amendment. This Amendment Agreement amends the Original Agreement as of the Effective Date, only to the extent expressly specified herein. Otherwise, the terms and conditions of the Original Agreement shall remain unchanged and in full force and effect.
