Amendment of Exhibits. The exhibits to the Rights Agreement shall be deemed to be restated to reflect this Amendment, including all conforming changes.

In connection with, and concurrently with the determination of the Contracted Amount under Section 2 with respect to production of Alfalfa Varieties in the next year, Pioneer and Contractor shall also agree in good faith on any amendments to Exhibit D (other than those amendments or updates described in Section 24(A) above) and Exhibit E (other than those amendments or updates described in Section 24(A) above) that shall apply to the next year's production of Alfalfa Varieties.
Amendment of Exhibits. Reference is hereby made to Exhibit B and Exhibit D of the Agreement, both of which are amended and restated in their entirety as set forth on Exhibit B-1 and Exhibit D-1 attached to this Amendment and incorporated herein by this reference.
Amendment of Exhibits. The Agreement is hereby amended by deleting the existing Exhibit B and replacing it with the text set forth in Amended Exhibit B attached hereto, by deleting existing Exhibit D and replacing it with the text set forth in Amended Exhibit D attached hereto, and by deleting the existing Exhibit E and replacing it with the text set forth in Amended Exhibit E attached hereto.
Amendment of Exhibits. Exhibit C and Exhibit F to the Loan Agreement are each amended and restated to read, respectively, in their entirety, as attached hereto.
