Scope Document. Sublandlord and Subtenant acknowledge and agree that they have approved that certain schematic design document dated November, 1999 (the "Scope Document") attached to this Work Letter as Schedule 2, which outlines the type and location of major systems and improvements to be installed and constructed by Subtenant in the Premises, floor and load specifications, HVAC and electrical requirements. By its execution of the Sublease, Subtenant acknowledges its agreement that any change, addition or alteration requested by Subtenant in the quantity, utility or finishes of any of the materials identified in the Scope Document, or in the layout or configuration of Subtenant's Work from that shown on the Scope Document, or in the anticipated use of any portion of the Premises from that shown on the Scope Document, or any change, modification or alteration in the electrical, mechanical, HVAC and life safety systems servicing the Premises from that shown on the Scope Document may result in a delay, and that such delay shall not be deemed a Sublandlord Delay.

Bulk storage media (microfilm, CD, DVD) shall be in an industry standard format, requiring no proprietary or “fee added” software to access. One set of any such bulk storage media or one set of paper documentation shall be provided. All records listed in this Exhibit B shall be provided notwithstanding any policies of the Aviation Authority or the Reference Regulatory Agency that may allow the disposal of such records.

  • Finance Document This Agreement is a Finance Document.

  • Controlling Document If any provision of any agreement, plan, program, policy, arrangement or other written document between or relating to the Company and the Executive conflicts with any provision of this Agreement, the provision of this Agreement shall control and prevail.

No consideration is given by the New York State Insurance Department to financial statements prepared in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles in making such determinations.

  • Amendment Documents This Amendment and any other instrument, document or certificate required by the Administrative Agent to be executed or delivered by the Borrower or any other Person in connection with this Amendment, duly executed by such Persons (the “Amendment Documents”);
