Directory Listing. LightEdge will procure a listing in local phone company directories. Directory Listings may not be available for all DIDs. Customer must purchase Directory Listings through LightEdge on ported numbers; failure to do so will result in customer directory listings being cancelled (via previous provider) in printed white pages, 411 directories and online directory listing services.
Directory Listing. An additional MRC applies to each basic business white page listing of a telephone number.

Directory Listing. The phone numbers you obtain from us will not be listed in any telephone directories automatically . Phone numbers transferred from your local phone company may, however, be listed. As a result, someone with your phone number may not be able to utilize a reverse directory to lookup your address. If you would like to have your numbers listed within the National Directory Listing Service a onetime service fee of $25.00 will be charged to your account.
Directory Listing. Landlord shall list Tenant’s name and the name of any permitted subtenant on the Building’s main tenant directory, at Tenant’s expense. The listing of any other name on the door of the Premises, the Building directory, or otherwise, shall not vest in that person any right or interest in this lease or in the Premises, nor shall it be considered Landlord’s consent to any assignment of this lease or any sublease or occupancy of the Premises.

Directory Listing. 8.1 Listings. For Local Line Services, Customer’s name, address, telephone number and any other information listed on the Agreement are certified as correct by the Customer, and it is understood and agreed that Customer’s white page directory listing will appear using that information. It is Customer’s sole responsibility to inform Veracity in writing of any change in the information at least ninety (90) days prior to the local telephone directory issue date, which will be provided to Customer upon request. Customer releases Veracity from any and all damages related to or arising out of telephone number publication or distribution and/or related to any error, including listing omissions or errors, pertaining to a directory listing.
Directory Listing. Depending on the Service ordered, Seller may provide a public directory listing (electronic and/or written) for Buyer based on information provided by Buyer. Buyer agrees that Seller shall have no liability to Buyer for providing or failing to provide such listing, including any inaccuracies therein, and Buyer shall defend and indemnify Seller for any cost or damages it incurs based on its acts or failure to act related to the issue of Buyer and directory listings. Seller shall also have no liability to Buyer for any telephone numbers published or distributed by Seller prior to the Commencement Date of Service at all of the service locations covered by the Service Orders.
