SCOPE AND DURATION OF AGREEMENT. 2.1. This Agreement shall apply to all Project Work (as defined below) performed by the Employers in connection with the High Desert Corridor Project from Palmdale, California to Apple Valley, California being constructed for Owner by General Contractor, as more particularly described in Section 2.1.1 below (“Project”). This Agreement applies only to the Project Work described in this Agreement and shall have no force or effect on any other work or construction projects.

This Agreement shall apply to all construction work performed by the Employers at the site of the Project located at Mariners Stadium, T-Mobile Park Seattle, WA being constructed by the General Contractor. This Agreement shall not apply to any other construction work performed by Employers at any other site or for any other owner.
SCOPE AND DURATION OF AGREEMENT. A. This Agreement resolves all issues and claims arising out of the Complaint of the Commission in this cause, alleging unlawful employment policies and practices maintained by Defendant and arising out of Charge No. 000-0000-00000 filed with the Commission by Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxx. Notwithstanding any provisions contained in this Agreement, this Agreement shall not be considered in any manner to be dispositive of any other charges now pending before any office of the Commission, or any other lawsuits pending against Defendant or its parent or its parent’s other subsidiaries, other than the abovementioned charge and this lawsuit.
