Common use of Salary Schedule Advancement Clause in Contracts

Salary Schedule Advancement. Any teacher who has worked 90 or more days of the school year shall be entitled to such advancement on the salary schedule as he/she would have had if the leave had not been granted. If the leave exceeds the year the leave commences, the second year shall not be considered for step advancement on the salary schedule.
