Safety and Health Information. Seller has furnished to Buyer information (including Material Safety Data Sheet(s)) concerning the safety and health aspects of products and/or containers for such products sold to Buyer hereunder, including safety and health warnings. Buyer acknowledges receipt of such information and agrees to communicate such warnings and information to all persons Buyer can reasonably foresee may be exposed to or may handle such products and/or containers, including, but not limited to, Buyer's employees, agents, contractors and customers.

Seller has supplied or made available to Buyer information (including but not limited to Material Safety Data Sheets) and warnings concerning the safety and health aspects of the Goods. Xxxxx agrees to communicate such information and warnings to Buyer's employees, agents, contractors and customers, and to require such persons to further communicate such information and warnings to all persons that they may reasonably foresee will be exposed to or handle such goods.

Conoco has furnished to South Hampton information (including Material Safety Data Sheet(s)) concerning the safety and health aspects of the feedstock and Products handled by South Hampton hereunder, including safety and health warnings. South Hampton acknowledges receipt of 106 such information and agrees to communicate such warnings and information to South Hampton's employees, agents and contractors.

Safety and Health Information. The Delivering Party will furnish to the ------------------------------ Receiving Party information (including Material Safety Data Sheet(s) concerning the safety and health aspects of product(s) delivered to the Receiving Party hereunder, including safety and health warnings. The Receiving Party agrees to communicate such warnings and information to all persons whom the Receiving Party can reasonably foresee may be exposed to or may handle such products, including, but not limited to, the Receiving Party's employees, agents, contractors, and customers.
Safety and Health Information. Seller's Material Safety Data Sheets and product information bulletins, containing Seller's safety and health information concerning Product deliverable hereunder, are attached as Exhibit B to the Agreement. Buyer acknowledges that it is aware of and it understands such information, and that it agrees to comply with all applicable recommendations and warnings and use the Product delivered hereunder only in a manner consistent with all information included in such documents and to incorporate such information into its personnel safety programs. Buyer shall make such information (and any updates to such information transmitted to Buyer during the term of this Agreement) available to its employees, contractors, agents, carriers and customers who may become exposed to such Product after delivery of such Product to Buyer hereunder. Buyer shall indemnify Seller from and against any claims, damages, liabilities and expenses (including attorney's fees) based on Buyer's breach of the foregoing obligation.
