RULES AND REGULATIONS OF OCCUPANCY. 2021/22 • Licencees are contracted to stay at DeansHall Self-Catering Accommodation from September 17th, 2021 up to May 20th 2022. In the event that you wish to terminate this Agreement earlier than the 20th of May 2022, you are required to give 28 days’ notice in writing to Management. • Management can provide a minimum of 28 days’ notice* to end a tenancy agreement with a student tenant. *(Note: Students can be given 7 days’ notice in serious cases involving dangerous behaviour including where there is a threat to life or a threat to the fabric of the dwelling. • This Agreement is personal to you and may not be assigned or sub-licensed except with the prior written consent of DeansHall.

In the event that you wish to terminate this Agreement earlier than the 3rd of June 2022, you are required to give 28 days’ notice in writing to Management. • Management can provide a minimum of 28 days’ notice* to end a tenancy agreement with a student tenant. *(Note: Students can be given 7 days’ notice in serious cases involving dangerous behaviour including where there is a threat to life or a threat to the fabric of the dwelling. • The Accommodation is restricted to you, the undersigned and others only authorised by DeansHall. Under no circumstances may Licencees part with their Access Fob to other persons for the purpose of gaining access to the Premises or the unit. The Licencee shall immediately report any loss thereof to Reception and hereby indemnify DeansHall in respect of any loss/damage which may be occasioned by reason of such loss.   • Conditions of Occupancy The Resident may not occupy a Room, unless (i) the Resident is currently enrolled and maintaining status as a full- time student in good standing at the Institution; (ii) this Agreement is executed by all parties; (iii) all Residence Fees then due and payable are paid in full as stated in section 2.03; (iv) the Manager has designated a Room for the Resident and (v) the Resident meets any additional conditions to occupancy established by the Institution, including any vaccination conditions.

  • BUILDING RULES AND REGULATIONS The following rules and regulations shall apply, where applicable, to the Premises, the Building, the parking facilities (if any), the Property and the appurtenances. In the event of a conflict between the following rules and regulations and the remainder of the terms of the Lease, the remainder of the terms of the Lease shall control. Capitalized terms have the same meaning as defined in the Lease.

  • Common Areas - Rules and Regulations Lessor or such other person(s) as Lessor may appoint shall have the exclusive control and management of the Common Areas and shall have the right, from time to time, to establish, modify, amend and enforce reasonable Rules and Regulations with respect thereto in accordance with Paragraph 40. Lessee agrees to abide by and conform to all such Rules and Regulations, and to cause its employees, suppliers, shippers, customers, contractors and invitees to so abide and conform. Lessor shall not be responsible to Lessee for the non-compliance with said rules and regulations by other lessees of the Industrial Center.

  • PARKING RULES AND REGULATIONS The following rules and regulations govern the use of the parking facilities which serve the Building. Tenant will be bound by such rules and regulations and agrees to cause its employees, subtenants, assignees, contractors, suppliers, customers and invitees to observe the same:

  • Certificate of Occupancy The Contractor’s obligation under the Contract is to install the Work in accordance with the Contract Documents, obtain the Certificate of Occupancy from the State Fire Marshal or his deputy, and forward it to the Design Professional as a part of the final close out procedures. The Design Professional’s obligation is to design the Work to comply with the applicable codes and to qualify for a Certificate of Occupancy.

  • Certificate of Occupancy; Licenses All certifications, permits, franchises, licenses, consents, authorizations, and approvals, including, certificates of completion and occupancy permits, required for the legal use, occupancy and operation of the Property have been obtained and are in full force and effect. The use being made of the Property is in conformity with the certificate of occupancy issued for the Property.

  • Certificates of Occupancy To the extent the same are in Seller’s possession, original or photocopies of certificates of occupancy for all space within the Improvements located on the Property;

  • NUMBER OF OCCUPANTS Tenant agrees that the House shall be occupied by no more than [Total Number of Occupants] persons, including no more than [Maximum Number of Children] under the age of eighteen (18) years, without the prior written consent of Landlord.

  • Period of Occupancy The student may occupy an assigned room at the time specified by the university each semester. If the student fails to occupy the room by 5:00 p.m. on the first day of classes, the university reserves the right to reassign the space or initiate a contract cancellation. However, failure to occupy an assigned space does not automatically release the student from contractual obligation. Occupancy of the room must be relinquished at the completion of the contract. University housing facilities are closed during the periods between semesters, the Thanksgiving holiday and spring break. Residents who are not graduating are required to check out of their residence halls within 24 hours after their last exam but no later than 5:00p.m. on the last day of the exam schedule.

  • Occupancy and Use The premises shall be used solely as a dwelling for Tenants(s) and for no others and no others may spend amounts of time on the premises so as to disturb other Tenants. Tenant agrees not to use or permit the use of the premises for unlawful or immoral purposes. Tenant agrees to keep the premises clean, sanitary and in good order, and agrees not to hamper, disturb or interfere with other tenants in the building or apartment, not to create or suffer any nuisances in the premises affecting the rights of others, and agrees to comply with all laws, ordinances, rules, regulations and directions of governmental authorities. Upon termination of this Lease, Tenant agrees to surrender possession in as good condition and repair as when received, ordinary wear and tear accepted.
