NUMBER OF OCCUPANTS. Resident agrees that the Premises shall be occupied only by Resident’s immediate family consisting of Resident,   other adult(s),   children, together with   additional occupants, provided such additional occupants have been approved to reside in the Premises by the HMO. The occupants of the Premises other than Resident are: Name (Last, First, M.I.) Relationship Sex Age                                                 SINGLE-FAMILY DWELLING: Resident acknowledges that the Premises is a single-family dwelling and will be used for residential use with occupancy by one family only. Occupancy by more than one family is prohibited. Immediate relatives (mother, father, sister, brother or grandchild) of Resident or Resident’s spouse are considered occupants of the household and are not social visitors, regardless of the period of stay. All other visitors are social visitors and the duration of their stay is limited as follows: (i) two (2) days for visitors residing within the commuting area of the Installation, and (ii) thirty (30) days for visitors residing outside the commuting area of the Installation. The “commuting area” is defined as within twenty (20) miles or sixty (60) minutes of the Installation, whichever is greater.

  • Transient occupancy means occupancy in transient lodging that has all of the following

  • Single Room Occupancy or “SRO” means housing consisting of single room dwelling units that is the primary residence of its occupant or occupants. An SRO does not include facilities for students.

  • Certificate of Occupancy means a certificate issued pursuant to subdivision (b) of section 7 of this local law.

  • Date of occurrence in these Regulations means the date of contract signing, date of payment, dates of boards of directors resolutions, or other date that can confirm the counterparty and monetary amount of the transaction, whichever date is earlier.

  • Child-occupied facility means a building or portion of a building constructed prior to 1978, visited regularly by the same child, age six years or younger on at least two different days within any week (Sunday through Saturday period), provided that each day’s visit lasts at least three hours and the combined weekly visit lasts at least six hours, and the combined annual visits last at least 60 hours. Child-occupied facilities may include, but are not limited to, day-care centers, preschools and kindergarten classrooms.

  • Prior Occupancy means Owner’s use of all or parts of the Project before Substantial Completion, as more fully set forth in Section 6.08 A.

  • Square Footage means the total gross horizontal areas of all floors, including usable basement and cellars, below the roof and within the outer surface of the main walls of buildings (or the center lines of party walls separating such buildings or portions thereof) or within lines drawn parallel to and two feet within the roof line of any building or portion thereof without walls (which includes, notwithstanding paragraph 3 below, the square footage of all porches), and including pedestrian access walkways or corridors, but excluding the following:

  • Building Square Footage or "BSF" means the square footage of assessable internal living space of a Unit, exclusive of any carports, walkways, garages, overhangs, patios, enclosed patios, detached accessory structure, other structures not used as living space, or any other square footage excluded under Government Code Section 65995 as determined by reference to the Building Permit for such Unit.

  • Permitted Occupier means any person on the Premises for any period expressly or by implication with the Tenant’s authority or permission.

  • Concession Area means particulars of the area as more particularly described in Form A of West Bengal Minor Minerals (Auction) Rules, 2016.

  • Unstable area means a location that is susceptible to natural or human-induced events or forces capable of impairing the integrity of some or all of the landfill structural components responsible for preventing releases from a landfill. Unstable areas can include poor foundation conditions, areas susceptible to mass movements, and Karst terranes.

  • Rural areas means any area within the county located outside the

  • Occupancy Date means the date on which occupancy of all Units in a Project is permitted;

  • Ready for Occupancy means the date upon which (i) the Leased Premises are available for Tenant's occupancy in a broom clean condition and (ii) the improvements, if any, to be made to the Leased Premises by Landlord as a condition to Tenant's obligation to accept possession of the Leased Premises have been substantially completed and the appropriate governmental building department (i.e., the City building department, if the Property is located within a City, or otherwise the County building department) shall have approved the construction of such improvements as substantially complete or is willing to so approve the construction of the improvements as substantially complete subject only to compliance with specified conditions which are the responsibility of Tenant to satisfy or is willing to allow Tenant to occupy subject to its receiving assurances that specified work will be completed.

  • Dormitory means a building used in conjunction with an educational building for living quarters for seven or more students;

  • communal land means land under the jurisdiction of a traditional council determined in terms of section 6 of the Eastern Cape Traditional Leadership and Governance Act, (Act 4 of 2005) and which was at any time vested in -

  • Disturbed area means an area where the ground cover is destroyed or removed leaving the land subject to accelerated erosion.

  • Rentable Area of the Premises The amount of square footage set forth in Section 1.01(10).

  • mixed-use building means a building or structure containing a residential and non- residential use other than a home occupation;

  • Building Area means the greatest horizontal area of a building within the outside surface of the exterior walls.

  • Grave space means a space of ground in a cemetery that is used or intended to be used for an in-ground burial.

  • Outbuilding means and refer to structures such as (by way of example and not limitation) storage buildings, sheds, greenhouses, gazebos and other Roofed Structures.
