Certificate of Occupancy; Licenses. All certifications, permits, franchises, licenses, consents, authorizations, and approvals, including, certificates of completion and occupancy permits, required for the legal use, occupancy and operation of the Property have been obtained and are in full force and effect. The use being made of the Property is in conformity with the certificate of occupancy issued for the Property.
Certificate of Occupancy; Licenses. All certifications, permits, licenses and approvals, including without limitation, certificates of completion and occupancy permits required to be obtained by Borrower for the legal use, occupancy and operation of the Property as a retail shopping center have been obtained and are in full force and effect, and to the best of Borrower's knowledge, after due inquiry, all certifications, permits, licenses and approvals, including without limitation, certificates of completion and occupancy permits required to be obtained by any Person other than Borrower for the legal use, occupancy and operation of the Property as a retail shopping center, have been obtained and are in full force and effect (all of the foregoing certifications, permits, licenses and approvals are collectively referred to as the "LICENSES"). Borrower shall and shall cause all other Persons to, keep and maintain all licenses necessary for the operation of the Property as a retail shopping center. To Borrower's knowledge, the use being made of the Property is in conformity with all certificates of occupancy issued for the Property.

All certifications, permits, licenses and approvals, including without limitation, certificates of completion and occupancy permits required for the legal use, occupancy and operation of the Property as an office building (collectively, the “Licenses”), have been obtained and are in full force and effect. Borrower shall keep and maintain all Licenses necessary for the operation of the Property as an office building. The use being made of the Property is in conformity with the certificate of occupancy issued for the Property.
Certificate of Occupancy; Licenses. All material certifications, permits, licenses and approvals, including, without limitation, certificates of completion or occupancy and any applicable liquor license required for the legal use, occupancy and operation of each Individual Property for the purpose intended herein, have been obtained and are valid and in full force and effect. Borrower shall cause Mortgage Borrower to keep and maintain (or cause to be kept and maintained) all licenses necessary for the operation of each Individual Property for the purpose intended herein. The use being made of each Individual Property is in conformity with the final certificate of occupancy (or compliance, if applicable) and any other permits or licenses issued for such Individual Property.

To the Best of Borrower’s Knowledge, all material certifications, permits, licenses (including, without limitation, a license to serve alcohol on the Property) and approvals, including without limitation, certificates of completion and occupancy permits required of Borrower for the legal use, occupancy and operation of the Property for hotel purposes (collectively, the “Licenses”), have been obtained and are in full force and effect. Borrower shall keep and maintain all Licenses necessary for the operation of the Property for hotel purposes. The use being made of the Property is in conformity with the certificate of occupancy issued for the Property.
Certificate of Occupancy; Licenses. All material certifications, permits, licenses and approvals, including without limitation, certificates of completion and occupancy permits required for the legal use, occupancy and operation of each Resort as a timeshare resort or hotel (collectively, the “Licenses”), have been obtained and are in full force and effect. Each applicable Diamond Resorts Entity shall keep and maintain all Licenses necessary for the operation of each Resort as a timeshare resort. The use being made of each Resort is in conformity with the certificate of occupancy issued for such Resort.

All material certifications, permits, licenses and approvals, including without limitation, certificates of completion and occupancy permits required for the legal use, occupancy and operation of the Property by Borrower as a hotel (collectively, the “Licenses”), have been obtained and are in full force and effect and are not subject to revocation, suspension or forfeiture. Borrower shall keep and maintain all Licenses necessary for the operation of the Property as a hotel. The use being made of the Property conforms in all material respects with the certificate of occupancy issued for the Property.

All certifications, permits, licenses and approvals, including without limitation, certificates of completion and occupancy permits required for the legal use, occupancy and operation of each Individual Property as currently operated (collectively, the “Licenses”), have been obtained and are in full force and effect. Borrower shall keep and maintain all licenses necessary for the operation of each Individual Property as currently operated. The use being made of each Individual Property is in conformity with the certificate of occupancy issued for such Individual Property.

The use being made of the Property is in conformity with the final certificate of occupancy (or compliance, if applicable) and any other permits or licenses issued for the Property.
