Common use of Rights to Representation Clause in Contracts

Rights to Representation. The grievant may be represented at all meetings, hearings, steps, and stages of the grievance by another teacher. However, no teacher may be represented by an officer, an agent, or other representative of any organization other than the United Profession. The Association will have the right to be present and to state its views at all stages of grievance proceedings and may have members of the United Profession present for advice and counsel.
