RIGHTS OF THE GOVERNMENT. (1) The Government may acquire a part of the Contract Area for a public purpose other than searching for or extracting Petroleum but not to the extent that will prevent the carrying out of Petroleum Operations within the Contract Area, and the Government shall not, without good cause, acquire a part of the Contract Area on which Petroleum Operations are in progress. The Contractor shall not carry out Petroleum Operations on such an acquired part but may:-

RIGHTS OF THE GOVERNMENT. The Government has the right to inspect the premises where the courier service is provided as well as the actual services provided. This inspection may be made at any time, without prior notice, during the term of the Agreement. The Government shall perform the inspection in a manner that will not unduly delay the work of the Service Provider. These inspections may include, but are not limited to, a comprehensive review of the following:

  • Conditions When the Government May Obtain Title Upon DARPA’s written request, the Performer shall convey title to any Subject Invention to DARPA under any of the following conditions:

  • Deposited Money and Government Securities to be Held in Trust; Other Miscellaneous Provisions Subject to Section 8.06 hereof, all money and non-callable Government Securities (including the proceeds thereof) deposited with the Trustee (or other qualifying trustee, collectively for purposes of this Section 8.05, the "Trustee") pursuant to Section 8.04 hereof in respect of the outstanding Notes will be held in trust and applied by the Trustee, in accordance with the provisions of such Notes and this Indenture, to the payment, either directly or through any Paying Agent (including the Company acting as Paying Agent) as the Trustee may determine, to the Holders of such Notes of all sums due and to become due thereon in respect of principal, premium and Liquidated Damages, if any, and interest, but such money need not be segregated from other funds except to the extent required by law. The Company will pay and indemnify the Trustee against any tax, fee or other charge imposed on or assessed against the cash or non-callable Government Securities deposited pursuant to Section 8.04 hereof or the principal and interest received in respect thereof other than any such tax, fee or other charge which by law is for the account of the Holders of the outstanding Notes. Notwithstanding anything in this Article 8 to the contrary, the Trustee will deliver or pay to the Company from time to time upon the request of the Company any money or non-callable Government Securities held by it as provided in Section 8.04 hereof which, in the opinion of a nationally recognized firm of independent public accountants expressed in a written certification thereof delivered to the Trustee (which may be the opinion delivered under Section 8.04(1) hereof), are in excess of the amount thereof that would then be required to be deposited to effect an equivalent Legal Defeasance or Covenant Defeasance.

  • Rights of Use of the results and of pre-existing rights by the NA and the Union The beneficiaries grant the NA and the Union the following rights to use the results of the project:

  • DAMAGE TO GOVERNMENT PROPERTY A. In the event of loss, destruction, or damage to any System Agency or State of Texas owned, leased, or occupied property or equipment by Performing Agency or Performing Agency’s employees, agents, Subcontractors, and suppliers, Performing Agency shall be liable to System Agency and the State of Texas for the full cost of repair, reconstruction, or replacement of the lost, destroyed, or damaged property.

The Company shall pay and indemnify the Trustee against any tax, fee or other charge imposed on or assessed against the U.S. Government Obligations deposited pursuant to Section 13.04 or the principal and interest received in respect thereof, other than any such tax, fee or other charge which by law is for the account of the Holders of the Outstanding Securities of such series.   • Protection of Legal Rights of Third Parties Registry Operator must specify, and comply with, the processes and procedures for launch of the TLD and initial registration-­‐related and ongoing protection of the legal rights of third parties as set forth Specification 7 attached hereto (“Specification 7”). Registry Operator may, at its election, implement additional protections of the legal rights of third parties. Any changes or modifications to the process and procedures required by Specification 7 following the Effective Date must be approved in advance by ICANN in writing. Registry Operator must comply with all remedies imposed by ICANN pursuant to Section 2 of Specification 7, subject to Registry Operator’s right to challenge such remedies as set forth in the applicable procedure described therein. Registry Operator shall take reasonable steps to investigate and respond to any reports from law enforcement and governmental and quasi-­‐governmental agencies of illegal conduct in connection with the use of the TLD. In responding to such reports, Registry Operator will not be required to take any action in contravention of applicable law.

  • United States Government Obligations I acknowledge that the Company from time to time may have agreements with other persons or with the United States Government, or agencies thereof, which impose obligations or restrictions on the Company regarding inventions made during the course of work under such agreements or regarding the confidential nature of such work. I agree to be bound by all such obligations and restrictions which are made known to me and to take all action necessary to discharge the obligations of the Company under such agreements.
