Rights of Citizenship. Employees shall be entitled to full rights of citizenship, and no religious or political activities of any employee or the lack thereof shall be grounds for any discipline or discrimination with respect to professional or non-professional employees, provided the employee does not purport to act on behalf of the school district, and provided the activities do not violate any local, state or federal law.
