Right to Expunge. In the event any personnel file materials are determined to be inaccurate by legal or grievance proceedings or are mutually agreed upon by the Association member and Administration, such material shall be removed and not be used as the basis for future employment actions.

  • Right to Grieve Where an employee feels that she has been aggrieved by a decision of the Employer related to promotion, demotion or transfer, the employee may grieve the decision at Step 3 of the grievance procedure in Article 9 of this Agreement within seven (7) days of being notified of the results.

  • RIGHT TO ENTER In permitting the use of the Facility described herein, Alamo Colleges District does not relinquish control or custody thereof and does hereby specifically retain the right to enforce any and all laws, rules and/or policies and procedures of Alamo Colleges District applicable thereto. All portions of the Facility will at all times be under the charge and control of Alamo Colleges District. Alamo Colleges District’s agent or other authorized representative of Alamo Colleges District may enter upon the Facility at all times to make inspections to ensure compliance with this Agreement.

  • Right to Cancel You have a right to cancel this Agreement for a period of fourteen (14) days commencing on the date on which this Agreement is concluded or the date on which you receive this Agreement (whichever is later) (the “Cancellation Period”). Should you wish to cancel this Agreement within the Cancellation Period, you should send notice in writing or electronically to the addresses found in contact us section of our website. Cancelling this Agreement within the Cancellation Period will not cancel any Transaction entered into by you during the Cancellation Period.   • Right to Open Up 13.3 Subject to Clause 13.4 (Right to Open Up), the Authority's Representative shall have the right at any time prior to[:

  • LANDLORD'S RIGHT TO ENTER Landlord and its agents shall have the right to enter the Leased Premises during normal business hours after giving Tenant reasonable notice and subject to Tenant’s reasonable security measures for the purpose of (i) inspecting the same; (ii) showing the Leased Premises to prospective purchasers, mortgagees or tenants; (iii) making necessary alterations, additions or repairs; and (iv) performing any of Tenant’s obligations when Tenant has failed to do so. Landlord shall have the right to enter the Leased Premises during normal business hours (or as otherwise agreed), subject to Tenant’s reasonable security measures, for purposes of supplying any maintenance or services agreed to be supplied by Landlord. Landlord shall have the right to enter the Outside Areas during normal business hours for purposes of (i) inspecting the exterior of the Building and the Outside Areas; (ii) posting notices of nonresponsibility (and for such purposes Tenant shall provide Landlord at least thirty days’ prior written notice of any work to be performed on the Leased Premises); and (iii) supplying any services to be provided by Landlord. Any entry into the Leased Premises or the Outside Areas obtained by Landlord in accordance with this paragraph shall not under any circumstances be construed or deemed to be a forcible or unlawful entry into, or a detainer of, the Leased Premises, or an eviction, actual or constructive of Tenant from the Leased Premises or any portion thereof.

  • Right to Opt Out IF YOU DO NOT WISH TO ARBITRATE DISPUTES YOU MAY DECLINE TO HAVE YOUR DISPUTES WITH US ARBITRATED BY NOTIFYING US IN WRITING WITHIN 30 DAYS OF THE LATER OF YOUR FIRST ACCESS TO OR USE OF THE SITES, BY MAIL TO 000 XXXXXXXXXXX XXXX, XXXXXXXX, XXX XXXX 00000.   • Your Right to Cancel You can cancel this Agreement by giving written notice to us within 5 business days of being handed a completed copy of this Agreement; or within 7 business days of receipt if the completed Agreement is emailed or sent to you electronically; or within 9 business days of the date the completed Agreement was posted to you (if applicable). Saturdays, Sundays and national public holidays are not counted as business days. You can physically give the notice to us or our employee or agent, post the notice to us or our agent or email the notice to our email address listed in these Commercial Terms. If you cancel this Agreement, you must immediately repay the Loan and any interest accrued for the period starting on the day you get the Loan until the day you repay us in full (if relevant).   • Right to Refuse Unsafe Work Employees have the right to refuse to perform unsafe work pursuant to the Occupational Health and Safety Regulations of the Workers Compensation Act.
