Right to Grieve. Where an employee feels that she has been aggrieved by a decision of the Employer related to promotion, demotion or transfer, the employee may grieve the decision at Step 3 of the grievance procedure in Article 9 of this Agreement within seven (7) days of being notified of the results.

Right to Grieve. No person acting on behalf of the Council or an excluded person who occupies a managerial or confidential position shall seek by intimidation, by threat of termination or by any other kind of threat, to cause an employee to abandon a grievance or refrain from exercising the right to present a grievance, as provided in this Agreement.
Right to Grieve. An employee considered by the Union to be wrongfully or unjustly disciplined, suspended or discharged shall be entitled to recourse under the grievance procedure, in accordance with Article 10 of this Agreement.

Right to Grieve. Where an employee feels they have been aggrieved by any decision of the Employer related to promotion, demotion or transfer, the employee may grieve the decision at STEP 2 of the Grievance Procedure in Article 8 of this Agreement within twenty (20) working days.
Right to Grieve. Any employee covered by this Agreement shall be entitled to submit a grievance pursuant to Article 14 - Grievance Procedure, relevant to any disciplinary action, which has been imposed on him. No employee shall be subject to any of the forms of disciplinary action set forth in this Article for exercising any rights under this Agreement, including but not limited to the submission of a grievance. If the Employer has reason to discipline an employee, it shall be done in a manner, which will not embarrass or humiliate the employee in front of other employees or the public.
Right to Grieve. A probationary Employee shall have access to the grievance and arbitration procedures contained in this Agreement. Accordingly, the Union may grieve the discharge or termination of any probationary Employee.
