Right to Change Products. We reserve the right at any time, in our sole discretion, to make Enhancements to, replace, modify, discontinue or add to the Products, including revisions to any and all Specifications for the Products. We will use reasonable commercial efforts to provide you notice of any material changes.

Right to Change Products. We may continually develop ongoing innovation to our Products through updates and upgrades that offer new features, functionality, and efficiencies ("Enhancements"). Some, but not all Enhancements, will be provided at no additional charge. We also reserve the right to add new Products and to replace or discontinue Products at any time.
Right to Change Products. SFS reserves the right to discontinue or suspend production of any product at any time, at its sole discretion. SFS also reserves the right to update, improve, amend, or otherwise change the specifications of any product at any time, with or without prior notice, without incurring, any obligation with respect thereof. Sales of any new products introduced by SFS shall be governed by this Agreement unless otherwise stated by SFS.

  • SINGLE-USE PRODUCTS The Board of County Commissioners has established a single-use products and plastic bags policy intended to reduce the use of products which have become globally recognized as having lasting negative impacts on the environment. Neither single-use products nor plastic bags may be sold or disbursed on County property by staff or contracted vendors, except as set forth in Orange County Administrative Regulation 9.01.03. Failure to comply with the Regulation may result in termination of the contract or other contractual remedies, and may affect future contracting with the County. The use of reusable, recyclable, biodegradable, or compostable materials is encouraged.

  • SOFTWARE LICENSE GRANT Where Product is acquired on a licensed basis the following shall constitute the license grant:

  • Rights to Training Materials All intellectual property embodied in the training products, materials, methodologies, software and processes, provided in connection with the Training or developed during the performance of the Training (collectively, the “Training Materials”) are the sole property of Red Hat or a Red Hat Affiliate and are copyrighted by Red Hat unless otherwise indicated. Training Materials are provided solely for the use of the participants and may not be copied or transferred without the prior written consent of Red Hat. Training Materials are Red Hat's confidential and proprietary information.
