Updates and Testing Clause Samples

Updates and Testing. Supplier shall periodically update and test the operability of each Disaster Recovery Plan every six (6) months during the Term (provided that all such updates shall be subject to the written approval of Advanta), and shall certify to Advanta in writing following each such update and test that such Disaster Recovery Plan is fully operational.
