The Seller must inform the Authority timely as and when new information emerges in respect of the Safety Alert Notice or the Product Recall Notice, in particular, with respect to safety issues or management of patients’ clinical condition.
Recallables shall have twenty-four (24) hours from receipt of the Recall Notice sent by registered mail to indicate unequivocally that the Recallable will return to employment (“Yes Notice”).
The employee will have five (5) work days from the date of receipt of the Recall Notice, to accept or waive recall.
The Seller must also provide the names, email addresses and telephone numbers of the representatives of the manufacturer and (in case the Seller is a local distributor) the Seller with whom HA can contact in the event of Safety Alert Notice or Product Recall Notice.
