Common use of Right of Fair Representation Clause in Contracts

Right of Fair Representation. ‌ The Union will have the right at any time to have the assistance of representatives of the B.C. Government and Service Employees' Union or any other advisors when dealing or negotiating with the Employer. Such representative(s)/advisor(s) will have access to the Employer’s premises in order to deal with any matters arising out of this collective agreement.
