Review of the County Board of Supervisors. Any award involving reinstatement, or back pay, or other monetary consideration in excess of the equivalent of two months gross base salary may be appealed to the Board of Supervisors. The parties shall share all fees and expenses of the neutral equally. In no event will the County pay more than half the expenses.

  • SCHOOL STAFF COMMITTEES 1. If the majority of the teaching staff in the school so decide, there shall be established a recognized staff committee in that school.

  • Scope of the Committee The Committee shall not have the power to bind the Union or its members, or the Employer to any decision or conclusion reached in discussion. The Committee shall not have jurisdiction over any matter contained in this Collective Agreement, including its administration or renegotiation.
