Review and Recommendation. 6.3.1 KIA shall review the Park Management Plan to ensure that it accords with this Agreement. The KIA shall forward its comments to the UPMC and the Superintendent.
Review and Recommendation. The Xxxx shall assess applications for sabbatical leave, and shall consider the statement of the member's plans for the proposed sabbatical leave. After consultation with the Xxxx shall forward recommendations to the President, provided that such recommended leaves are scheduled in plans by March in the same year. If the Xxxx is not satisfied with such an application, or if it is determined that the member has failed adequately to report sabbatical activities and accomplishments, in accordance with the Xxxx may deny a sabbatical leave application. In such cases the following shall prevail: The Xxxx shall submit the case for denial to The Xxxx shall inform the member of the denial and the reasons. shall invite the member to respond within two (2) weeks to the case made by the Xxxx under The response must be in writing and must contain whatever supporting evidence the member deems pertinent. Where and the Xxxx remain unwilling to recommend to the President that a sabbatical leave be authorized by the Board, the member shall continue to have the right to apply for sabbatical leave in subsequent years, subject to leave plans.
