Return of Your Content. If the applicable Cloud Services involves the transmission of Your Content, then You may retrieve and remove Your Content in accordance with the Documentation. We shall have no obligation to provide Your Content thirty (30) days following the Termination Date.

Return of Your Content. (a) It is Your responsibility to download Your Content before any termination or expiration of Your Service subscription.

Return of Your Content. Within thirty (30) days following termination of these Terms for any reason, Saturn, upon your written request, will return all Your Content to you in a mutually agreed format. Thereafter, Saturn reserves the right to permanently and definitively delete Your Content (unless you have timely requested, and Xxxxxx has not yet complied with your request to return Your Content). Upon Xxxxxx’s request, you agree to acknowledge your receipt of Your Content.

  • Return of Your Data Upon request by You made within 30 days after the effective date of termination of a Purchased Services subscription, We will make available to You for download a file of Your Data in comma separated value (.csv) format along with attachments in their native format.
