Request to Return Clause Samples

The "Request to Return" clause establishes the right or obligation for one party to ask for the return of certain property, documents, or materials previously provided to the other party. In practice, this clause may apply to confidential information, equipment, or proprietary materials that must be returned upon request, often at the end of a contract or upon termination. Its core function is to ensure that valuable or sensitive items are promptly returned to their rightful owner, thereby protecting proprietary interests and reducing the risk of misuse or unauthorized retention.
