Return of DOG. XXXXX agrees that if at any time, BUYER wishes to destroy or can no longer care for DOG, BUYER will give SELLER every opportunity to help in re-homing DOG. XXXXX agrees not to have DOG destroyed, or to relinquish DOG to a pound or shelter. If BUYER must return DOG back to SELLER, it will be at BUYER’s expense and no refund will be provided.

Return of DOG. During the term of this agreement, Guardian may permanently return dog to Breeder for any reason; with neither party have any further obligation to the other party.
Return of DOG. The Adopter acknowledges that by adopting the Dog, he/she is making a commitment to care for the Dog for the remainder of its lifetime. The Adopter agrees to do his/her utmost and utilize his/her best efforts to accomplish this commitment and the undertaking required by this Agreement. If the Adopter in good faith feels that he/she cannot fulfill these obligations, the Adopter shall return the Dog to SCGSR during normal business hours and within 30 days of notification to SCGSR that the Dog will be returned. In the event the Adopter does so, notwithstanding the provisions of paragraph 7 below, the Adopter shall be relieved of all further obligations hereunder except for payment of any medical expenses for any medical care required by the Dog at the time of return.
Return of DOG. Buyer guarantees Seller the right of first refusal if the dog is to be sold or disposed of in any way. If Seller does not wish to acquire the dog, Seller will assist Buyer in placing the dog. Although Seller will take this dog back at any time during its lifetime, this does not imply the Seller will refund the animal’s full purchase price. If Seller does take this dog back for placement in another home, the Buyer must return the dog to Seller along with a duly executed Scottish Collie Preservation Society document transferring entirely Buyer’s ownership interest in the dog to Seller. Buyer may not place dog in a new home without informing Seller and Buyer will promptly notify Seller of new owner’s name, address, and telephone number.
Return of DOG. The parties hereto acknowledge that the Dog sold under this contract is unique and cannot be readily replace by another and, thus, Xxxxx agrees that the Dog will never be placed in a rescue, humane society, or animal services without first contacting Seller. Xxxxxx agrees to return the Dog to the Breeder should Buyer have need to relinquish the Dog for any reason.
