Return of Customer Data. After termination or expiration of this Agreement or the applicable Subscription Service, upon Customer’s written request, ServiceNow will provide any Customer Data in the Subscription Service to Customer in ServiceNow’s standard database export format at no additional charge. Customer must submit such request to ServiceNow within 45 days after termination or expiration of this Agreement or the Subscription Service. ServiceNow is not obligated to maintain or provide any Customer Data after such 45- day period and will, unless legally prohibited, delete all Customer Data in its systems or otherwise in its possession or under its control, and delete Customer’s instances of the Subscription Service.
Return of Customer Data. During the Term of the Agreement, Customer can extract Customer Data and for sixty (60) days thereafter (“Extraction Period”), unless otherwise set forth in the Services Description. Service Provider will - subject to Service Provider’s right to use Customer Data in anonymized form as provided for in section 3.6, delete Customer Data or at least block such data upon the expiration of the Extraction Period.
Return of Customer Data. Upon request by Customer made within thirty (30) days of the effective date of termination or expiration of this Agreement, Apttus will make available to Customer for download a file of Customer Data in comma separated value (.csv) format. Customer will pay service fees for any data migration activities. After such thirty (30) day period, Apttus will have no obligation to maintain or provide any Customer Data and thereafter may delete all Customer Data in its systems or otherwise in its possession or under its control.
Return of Customer Data. For a period of 7 days after termination of this MSA, Customer Data remains stored in the Application Services. At the conclusion of the 7-day period, Adverity shall delete the Customer Data from the Application Services and shall destroy any corresponding documents under its control, except to the extent that Adverity is bound by law to continue storing such Customer Data.
Return of Customer Data. Upon termination of this Agreement, Conga shall return Customer Data maintained in the Service in a PostGreSQL format at no fee, within 15 business days from the date of termination. If Customer requests Customer Data in a custom format Customer shall pay time and materials for such custom format (as agreed upon by Conga and Customer). Conga shall delete all Customer Data from the Service within a reasonable time after delivery of Customer Data. For the avoidance of doubt, Customer can download Customer’s documents and files stored in the Service, in the format they are stored, at any time during Customer’s access to the Service. In this Service Schedule, the term “Service” refers only to Conga Collaborate. If Customer is licensing or using subscriptions to the Conga Collaborate Service, then the terms of this Service Schedule apply.
Return of Customer Data. You have thirty (30) days from the date of termination your Reseller Application subscription term in which to request a copy of Customer Data, which will be made available to You in a .csv format. Any modifications to such Customer Data made by the Reseller Application outside of the Platform (if any) will not be captured in Customer Data as returned and the return of any such modified data shall be the responsibility of Reseller.
Return of Customer Data. Upon non-renewal of this Agreement or Services, or termination of this Agreement, upon Customer’s written request only, subject to any data retention policies of or requirements imposed onto HMH and subject to any functionality constraints inherent in, or other limitations of, certain Software products, HMH shall return Customer Data maintained by HMH in the Hosting Environment (as such term is defined in Exhibit A hereto). Data may be requested in the form of a CSV export file or a SQL database backup. After ninety (90) days following non-renewal of this Agreement or Services, or termination of this Agreement, HMH shall have no obligation to maintain or return Customer Data to Customer. Customer understands and acknowledges that while HMH performs periodic backups of data for disaster recovery purposes, it does not keep an ongoing archive of the Customer Data. Keeping an ongoing archive of Customer Data is the sole responsibility of Customer.
Return of Customer Data. ● Within 15-days after termination, upon written request OwnBackup will make the Service available for Customer to export Customer Data as provided in Section 2(a). ● After such 15-day period, OwnBackup has no obligation to maintain the Customer Data and will destroy the Customer Data after termination.
Return of Customer Data. When requested in writing by Customer, based upon termination of this Agreement, Ventiv will deliver (within sixty (60) days of receipt of request) electronic files containing all available Customer Data. Ventiv will deliver the data files in a normalized, ASCII, flat file format. The files will be encrypted and posted to an agreed to SFTP site. Standardized documentation describing the data files will be included. All work completed by Ventiv for the extract of the data will be billed to the Customer on a time and materials basis. Sixty (60) days following termination of this Agreement, all Customer Data in the System will no longer be available on Ventiv's Systems, as Ventiv will purge all such Customer Data from its Systems, and all such Customer Data will either be returned to Customer if requested in accordance with this Section 13.5 or, if return of data is not requested, it will be destroyed, unless otherwise agreed by the parties in writing. All data received from third parties for Customer will also be deleted from Ventiv’s Systems within the 60-day period.
Return of Customer Data. If Customer requests in writing at least 10 days prior to the effective date of expiration or earlier termination of this Agreement, Superion shall within 60 days following such expiration or termination, deliver to Customer in Superion’s standard format the then most recent version of Customer Data maintained by Superion, provided that Customer has at that time paid all Fees then outstanding and any amounts payable after or as a result of such expiration or termination.
