Retention of the Consultant. Subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement, the Company hereby retains the Consultant to perform the services set forth in this Agreement, and the Consultant accepts this retention on the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.
Retention of the Consultant. The Company hereby retains and engages the consultant, and the consultant hereby accepts such engagement, in each case subject to the terms and conditions of this agreement.

Retention of the Consultant. The City retains the Consultant to perform, and the Consultant agrees to perform, the Services.
Retention of the Consultant. Auxilio hereby engages the Consultant as a consultant and Non-Executive Chairman of the Board, under the title of Chairman of the Board and Chief Strategy Officer and the Consultant hereby agrees to serve Auxilio in said capacity and to provide certain services as requested, pursuant to the terms and conditions hereinafter set forth.
Retention of the Consultant. The Consultant is being retained to provide services described below to Client based on the Consultant’s demonstrated competence and requisite qualifications to perform the scope of the services described herein. Client agrees to and hereby does retain the Consultant, as an independent contractor, and the Consultant agrees to provide the services to Client, upon the terms and conditions provided in this Agreement.
Retention of the Consultant. The Mobility Authority agrees to and hereby retains Consultant as an independent contractor, in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement. The Consultant will be required to complete tasks described herein, in consultation with the Mobility Authority and within the budget established by the Board of Directors.
Retention of the Consultant. The needs assessment shall identify the business need for the retention of the Consultant and provide specific details about the consulting arrangement (e.g., information about the numbers and qualifications of the HCPs to be engaged, the agenda for the proposed meeting, and a description of the proposed work to be done and the type of work product to be generated). Any deviations from the Consultant budgeting plans shall be documented in the needs assessment form and shall be subject to review and approval by Novartis compliance personnel.
Retention of the Consultant. CHHH ( OTCBB NASDAQ) hereby retains the Consultant to provide global corporate management development consulting services to CHHH ( OTCBB NASDAQ) in China and worldwide as may from time to time be required with respect to CHHH ( OTCBB NASDAQ), and as more particularly described as Schedule A hereto.
