Retail Master Plan. Manager shall, in cooperation with Agency, prepare and submit for Agency’s approval, a retail master plan for the leasing of the retail space (the “Retail Master Plan”) in the time set forth in the Schedule of Performance, Exhibit C hereto. The Retail Master Plan shall include, at a minimum, the proposed overall tenant mix, including both types and quality of tenants, percent of service oriented tenants, percent of regional and national credit tenants, and the general location of tenant type within the Buildings and retail space therein. The Retail Master Plan shall be prepared and implemented in such a manner as to treat all of the retail space as a single, integrated retail project. Any subsequent amendments to the Retail Master Plan are subject to the approval of the Agency acting in its reasonable discretion.

  • Marketing Plans Contractor and the Exchange recognize that Enrollees and other health care consumers benefit from efforts relating to outreach activities designed to increase heath awareness and encourage enrollment. The parties shall share marketing plans on an annual basis and with respect to periodic updates of material changes. The marketing plans of the Exchange and Contractor shall include proposed and actual marketing approaches, messaging and channels and provide samples of any planned marketing materials and related collateral as well as planned, and when completed, expenses for the marketing budget.   • Computer Equipment Recycling Program If this Contract is for the purchase or lease of computer equipment, then Contractor certifies that it is in compliance with Subchapter Y, Chapter 361 of the Texas Health and Safety Code related to the Computer Equipment Recycling Program and the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality rules in 30 TAC Chapter 328.
