Speedy Resolution. The Parties intend, and shall take all reasonable action as is necessary or desirable to ensure, that there be a speedy resolution to any dispute which becomes the subject of arbitration, and the arbitrators shall conduct the arbitration so as to resolve the dispute as expeditiously as possible.
Speedy Resolution. 31.6.1 At all stages of this procedure, the parties shall act as expeditiously as practicable in attempts to resolve the matter.
