Resolution of disputes and grievances. (a) Unless otherwise provided for in this Agreement, a dispute or grievance about a matter arising under this Agreement or the NES, other than termination of employment, must be dealt with in accordance with this clause. This includes a dispute or grievance about whether an Employer had reasonable grounds to refuse a request for flexible working conditions or an application to extend unpaid parental leave.
