Reseller Purchases. In the event Customer acquires Products via a reseller, then all payment-related terms will be set forth in the applicable reseller agreement between such reseller and Customer.
Reseller Purchases. Sections 4.1-4.4 applies only to OpenNMS Services purchased directly from OpenNMS. If Client purchases any OpenNMS Services from an OpenNMS Reseller, Client will pay the OpenNMS Reseller for such purchases. No agreements between Client and any OpenNMS Reseller will be binding on OpenNMS.

If You purchased the Professional Services through a reseller, all payment-related terms (including, but not limited to, pricing, invoicing, billing, payment methods, and late payment charges) will be set forth in Your agreement directly with such Reseller and such payment-related terms will supersede any conflicting terms set forth in this Section 3, provided We reserve the right to suspend work in accordance with this Professional Services Agreement in the event of Your non-payment of fees due and payable.
Reseller Purchases. If You purchased the Services through a Reseller, all payment-related terms (including, but not limited to, pricing, invoicing, billing, payment methods, and late payment charges) will be set forth in Your agreement directly with such Reseller and such payment-related terms will supersede any conflicting terms set forth in this Section 6. We may suspend or terminate Your access to the Services in the event of non-payment of the applicable fees to Us by the Reseller, or Your uncured breach of this Agreement. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, the agreement between You and a Reseller: (a) shall not modify any of the terms set forth herein, and (b) is not binding on Us.
Reseller Purchases. If Customer purchased the affected Cloud Product through a Reseller, (a) Customer or the Reseller may submit a ticket as described in Section 2.1 above; and (b) any Service Credit will be based on the fees invoiced by Atlassian to the Reseller for Customer’s use of the affected Cloud Product under the Reseller’s applicable order(s) with Atlassian. Atlassian will issue any associated Service Credits to the Reseller (and not directly to Customer), and the Reseller will be solely responsible for issuing the appropriate amounts to Customer.
