Cloud Product means Licensed Software that does not require installation on the Licensee’s servers for proper use but is operated on the systems of Phoenix Contact or third parties commissioned by it and which is accessed by the User by remote data transmission (internet, VPN, etc.).

Cloud Product means the cloud version of the Product; "Commencement Date" means the date as set out in the Order Form;

• This calculation is done independently for each Eligible Cloud Product.

• If Atlassian confirms a failure to meet the Service Level Commitment, Atlassian will apply the Service Credit, which will be calculated as described in Appendix B, against a future payment due from Customer for the affected Cloud Product, provided that Customer’s account is fully paid up, without any overdue payments or disputes.

• If Customer purchased the affected Cloud Product through a Reseller, (a) Customer or the Reseller may submit a ticket as described in Section 2.1 above; and (b) any Service Credit will be based on the fees invoiced by Atlassian to the Reseller for Customer’s use of the affected Cloud Product under the Reseller’s applicable order(s) with Atlassian.

• Customer is not entitled to Service Credits if Customer is in breach of the Agreement (as defined below) or has not provisioned the relevant Cloud Product.

• The aggregate maximum Service Credit applied to an invoice will not exceed 100% of the amount invoiced for the affected Cloud Product in that invoice billing period (which, since Service Credits are applied to future payments, is not the month in which the affected Cloud Product was unavailable).

Cloud Product means the cloud-hosted version of the ▇▇.▇▇▇▇ Product;

Cloud Product means the software-, platform-, infrastructure- or other “as a service” solution for which access is provided to the Licensee by the Licensor under the EULA.

Cloud Product means Intel hosted and managed platforms, including any associated plug-ins and excluding Hardware and Software.

Cloud Product means together, the (i) computer software in object code form, owned, distributed or hosted by eGain; (ii) user guides and manuals for use of the software and related services ("Documentation") as licensed by Customer for which Customer has ordered and paid, for the relevant time period; (iii) and updates thereto (generally available Cloud Product maintenance releases, such as error fixes and/or enhancements, provided by eGain in connection with Cloud Customer Support, not including any new products, features, or enhancements in which eGain generally charges a separate fee).

Cloud Product means any Online Service.

Cloud Product means the subscription-based license, platform, infrastructure or other “as-a-service” solution for which access is provided to Customer by AVEVA pursuant to a Transaction Document.

Cloud Product means the Products or components of a Product (as defined below) that are provided as a cloud-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) offering and the related User Documentation, excluding Third Party Content.
