Reports to Administration. Bargaining unit employees are responsible for reporting to the Employer any allegedly unsafe circumstance, situation, or event, including any injury. Employees shall report injuries associated with the school whether personally experienced or observed. Management will manage the filling out of a staff or student incident report form, including requesting relevant information from those who observed the injury. There shall be no retaliation for making a good-faith report in accordance with this Article.
