Reportable Data. 3.1. Data of trading on HUPX From Start Date of Reporting HUPX Ltd. shall report to ACER in line with the stipulations of REMIT IR, TRUM and MoP the following data of the transactions and orders concluded or placed by the Market Participant on HUPX Market: Details of reportable contracts as defined in Table 1 of Annex 1 of REMIT IR. As HUPX Ltd. is in possession of these data (or such data are generated by HUPX Ltd.), Market Participant entitles HUPX Ltd. to submit them to ACER by the prevailing reporting deadlines, without any further authorisation or conciliation. In order to avoid any double reporting, the Market Participant shall not report to ACER (via any other RRM or by itself) the data that present point refers to.

Data of trading on CEEGEX From Start Date of Reporting CEEGEX Ltd. shall report to ACER in line with the stipulations of REMIT IR, TRUM and MoP the following data of the transactions and orders concluded or placed by the Market Participant on CEEGEX Market: Details of reportable contracts as defined in Table 1 of Annex 1 of REMIT IR. Data of trading on OMPs other than CEEGEX Market and HUDEX Natural Gas Segment From Start Date of Reporting CEEGEX Ltd. shall report to ACER in line with the stipulations of REMIT IR, TRUM and MoP the following data of the transactions and orders concluded or placed by the Market Participant on any OMP other than CEEGEX Market and HUDEX Natural Gas Segment: Details of reportable contracts as defined in Table 1 of Annex 1 of REMIT IR. The Market Participant is obliged to upload to the Data Reporting Platform such data in the form and with the content and within the deadline as prescribed in Article 4 below. CEEGEX Ltd. is obliged and entitled to submit to ACER by the prevailing reporting deadlines only those data which were formerly uploaded to the Data Reporting Platform by the Market Participant in due time according to point 2.2 and in due form according to point 4. In order to avoid any double reporting, the Market Participant shall not report to ACER (via any other RRM or by itself) the data that was uploaded to the Data Reporting Platform based on present point.

  • Privacy Statement 6.1.   • Evaluation Reports Where a formal evaluation of an employee's performance is carried out, the employee shall be provided with a copy to read and review. Provision shall be made on the evaluation form for an employee to sign it. The form shall provide for the employee's signature in two (2) places, one indicating that the employee has read and accepts the evaluation, and the other indicating that the employee disagrees with the evaluation. The employee shall sign in one of the places provided within seven (7) calendar days. No employee may initiate a grievance regarding the contents of an evaluation report unless the signature indicates disagreement with the evaluation. The employee shall receive a copy of the evaluation report at the time of signing.
