REPORTING DEADLINES. It is expected that the Contractor will meet deadlines outlined in this contract and any other Department program materials. If the Contractor is unable to meet the deadlines set forth, they will be expected to provide a request for extension, to include the reason and the deadline they expect to provide the report. The Department will review and approve or deny the request for extension. This request should be submitted prior to the deadline.
