Reportable Events definition

Reportable Events means the following:

Reportable Events means any of the events set forth in Section 4043(c) of ERISA, other than those events as to which the thirty day notice period is waived under subsections .27, .28, .29, .30, .31, .32, .34, or .35 of PBGC Reg. § 4043.

More Definitions of Reportable Events

Reportable Events. (as that term is defined in Section 4043 of ERISA) with respect to any Pension Plan for which the 30- day notice requirement has not been waived on or after Janu- ary 1, 1985; and (v) no Pension Plan or any trust created thereunder has incurred any "accumulated funding deficiency," as such term is defined in Section 302 of ERISA (whether or not waived). No Pension Plan is a "multiemployer plan" as that term is defined in Section 3(37) of ERISA or a "multiple employer pension plan" as described in Section 4063(a) of
Reportable Events shall be as defined in ERISA.
Reportable Events includes one or more of the following: Adverse Events, Other Safety Findings, Product Complaints, and Medical Device Events.
Reportable Events. (1) receipt by the Company of a bona fide offer to buy a controlling interest in the capital stock of the Company;
Reportable Events means specified incidents and complaints noted in the DDA Policy [for] on Reportable Incidents and Investigations (PORII) established to ensure the health, safety, and welfare of individuals receiving services from DDA-licensed and DDA-funded providers.
