Repeal of the Intermunicipal Development Plan. Either municipality may initiate the process to repeal and terminate the Plan. The following procedure to repeal the Plan shall be followed subject to the Municipal Government Act:  The Town or MD shall give the other municipality written notice of its intention to repeal the Plan.  Within thirty (30) days of the written notice, an Intermunicipal Committee meeting shall be convened.  Following the Intermunicipal Committee meeting, the municipality initiating the repeal procedure may either withdraw its intention to repeal the Plan by giving written notice to the other municipality or proceed to consider a bylaw in accordance with the MGA to repeal the Plan.  Should the Plan be repealed all other agreements between the two municipalities will continue to be in force, unless otherwise stipulated in the Agreements themselves.

  • PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT AND EDUCATIONAL IMPROVEMENT A. The Board agrees to implement the following:

  • Local Professional Development Committee 1. The Local Professional Development Committee (LPDC) shall be established to oversee and review professional development plans pursuant to ORC 3319.22.
