Renting of Property. WTMI shall establish policies and procedures for directing the marketing activities of personnel engaged by or on behalf of the Partnership. WTMI shall have the sole discretion, which discretion shall be exercised in good faith, to establish the terms and conditions of occupancy by the tenants of the Property, and WTMI is hereby authorized to direct and control the Partnership employees, or those employed on behalf of the Partnership, in entering into rental agreements on behalf of, in the name of, and for the account of the Partnership with such tenants and in collecting rent from such tenants. WTMI shall cause the Partnership to advertise in such media and to the extent that it deems necessary and appropriate.

Renting of Property. All Lot Owners desiring to rent a Lot in the Subdivision shall notify the Board of Directors of the Association. Such notice shall inform the Board of Directors of the name of the tenant renting the property, the length of the lease, and an address and phone number where the Lot Owner may be reached by the Board of Directors.
Renting of Property. This Agreement does not cover any property that is leased or rented to parties other than Owner. If the Residence is subject to a rental agreement for any length of time, whether written or verbal, then this Agreement will be null and void from the time the Association is notified of the rental of the Residence to such time as both parties consent in writing to reinstate the Agreement to full force and effect, such consent to be given or withheld at each party’s sole discretion.
Renting of Property. [MANAGER] shall establish marketing policies and procedures for the Property and advertise the Property through such media as [MANAGER] finds appropriate, including, without limitation, Yellow Pages ads. The marketing activities for the Property shall be consistent with the scope and quality of all other properties managed by the [MANAGER].

  • Lease of Property Landlord, for and in consideration of the covenants and agreements herein contained on the part of Tenant to be paid, kept, observed, and performed, hereby leases to Tenant, and Tenant hereby leases from Landlord for the Term (as hereinafter defined), the Property. Tenant’s use of the Property shall be in compliance with the terms of this Lease.

  • Operation of Property To continue to operate the Property consistent with past practices.

  • Acquisition of Property The Contractor shall document that all property was acquired consistent with its engineering, production planning, and property control operations.

  • SALE OF PROPERTY If the Premises is sold, the Tenant is to be notified of the new Owner, and if there is a new Manager, their contact details for repairs and maintenance shall be forwarded. If the Premises is conveyed to another party, the new owner: (check one) ☐ - Has the right to terminate this Agreement by providing days’ notice to the Tenant. ☐ - Does not have the right to terminate this Agreement.

  • Release of Property Except as set forth in this Section 2.5, no repayment or prepayment of all or any portion of the Loan shall cause, give rise to a right to require, or otherwise result in, the release of any Lien of the Mortgage on the Property. If Borrower has elected to prepay the entire amount of the Loan pursuant to Section 2.3.1 and the requirements of this Section 2.5 have been satisfied, the Property shall be released from the Lien of the Mortgage.

  • Loss of Property all or a substantial part of the business or assets of any Security Party is destroyed, abandoned, seized, appropriated or forfeited for any reason, and such occurrence in the reasonable opinion of the Agent (acting on the instructions of the Majority Lenders) has or could reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect; or

  • Status of Property (a) The Land and Improvements are not located in an area identified by the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, or any successor, as an area having special flood hazards pursuant to the National Flood Insurance Act of 1968, the Flood Disaster Protection Act of 1973, or the National Flood Insurance Reform Act of 1994, as each have been or may be amended, or any successor law (collectively, the “Flood Acts”) or, if located within any such area, Borrower has and will maintain the insurance prescribed in Section 3.06 below.

  • Inspection of Property The Borrower and each of its Subsidiaries will keep proper books and records in accordance with GAAP and will permit reasonable examinations of its books and records and reasonable inspections of its property (subject to reasonable procedures relating to safety and security), accompanied by personnel of the Borrower, by the Administrative Agent and any Lender and/or their respective accountants or other professional advisers; provided that such examinations and inspections (a) will occur not more frequently than once in any calendar year, with reasonable efforts to make combined visits (unless a Default or an Event of Default has occurred and is continuing in which case such examinations may occur as frequently as reasonably determined by the Administrative Agent or any Lender, with no obligation to combine visits), (b) will be at the sole expense of the Administrative Agent and/or requesting Lender, as the case may be (unless a Default or an Event of Default has occurred and is continuing in which case such examinations will be at the expense of the Borrower), (c) will be undertaken at reasonable times following the provision of written notice in advance to the Borrower, and (d) will not unduly interfere with the operations or management of the Borrower’s business. Notwithstanding anything set forth herein to the contrary, under no circumstances shall the Borrower or any Subsidiary be required to disclose, permit the inspection, examination or making copies or abstracts of, or discussion of, any document, information or other matter (i) that constitutes non−financial trade secrets or non-financial confidential proprietary information, (ii) in respect of which disclosure to the Administrative Agent or any Lender (or their respective Affiliates, representatives, contractors, accountants or other professionals) is prohibited by any Governmental Rule or binding confidentiality agreement with a Person that is not an Affiliate of the Borrower and that was not entered into in contemplation of this Agreement, (iii) that is subject to attorney−client or similar privilege or constitutes attorney work product, or (iv) in the case of any discussions with accountants, only if the Borrower has been given the opportunity to participate in the discussions.

  • Possession of Property Possession of the Property free and clear of all uses and encroachments, except the Permitted Exceptions, shall be delivered to Purchaser at closing.

  • Abandonment of Property We need not accept any property abandoned by an "insured".
