To Parties. A party that terminates this Agreement pursuant to sections 16.2, 16.3, or 16.4 must provide written notice of termination to each of the other parties. Such notice shall specify the reason for termination, the effective date of such termination, and if applicable, whether the Hospital will be prohibited after such effective date from distributing Incentive Payments.

  • Other Parties Nothing contained in this Agreement shall be construed as giving any person, firm, corporation or other entity, other than the parties to this Agreement and their successors and permitted assigns, any right, remedy or claim under or in respect of this Agreement or any term or condition contained in this Agreement.
