To Parties Clause Samples

Typically, it specifies the names, addresses, or contact details of each party involved, and may outline acceptable methods of delivery such as email, mail, or courier. This clause ensures that all parties are properly informed and that important information reaches the correct recipients, thereby reducing the risk of miscommunication or disputes over whether notice was properly given.
