Renewal Review Process. The School shall be subject to a rigorous, objective evaluation process in order to renew this Contract. The Renewal Review Process shall occur in the final school year of the current term of this Contract. Such process shall include multiple measures of progress towards the Performance Objectives as well as compliance with the other terms and requirements of this Contract. The School shall be required to submit a renewal application as part of such process, in form and substance acceptable to the District. In addition, the School may be required to participate in review meetings, discussions, and/or school visits conducted by the District. Schools rated as “Accredited on Watch,” “Accredited on Priority Watch,” or “Accredited on Probation” on the DPS School Performance Framework must meet the mutually agreed upon performance benchmarks in their entirety (if applicable), as determined by the District, and also demonstrate a capacity for ongoing school improvement in order to receive a contract renewal.

The Renewal Review Process shall occur in the final school year of the current term of the previous resolution of approval. Such process shall include multiple measures of progress towards the Performance Objectives as well as compliance with the other terms and requirements of this Contract. The Network shall be required to submit a renewal application for the School as part of such process, in form and substance acceptable to the District. In addition, the Network may be required to participate in review meetings, discussions, and/or school visits conducted by the District.   • Review Process A/E's Work Product will be reviewed by County under its applicable technical requirements and procedures, as follows:

  • Initial Review The Union may present a written grievance to the DOC Headquarters Labor Relations Office via electronic mail within the twenty-one (21) day period described above. The Agency Head or designee will meet or confer by telephone or electronic conferencing with a Business Representative and/or Shop Xxxxxxx and the grievant within twenty-one (21) days of receipt of the grievance, and will respond in writing to the Union within twenty-one (21) days after the meeting.

  • Interview Process Interviews will take place over a period of ninety (90) days. The interviews both of bargaining unit employees and of managers will be conducted jointly by Union/Industry members of the Technical Committee (or designates).

  • Informal Review Step 1. As soon as practicable, the employee may discuss the grievance with his/her immediate supervisor and/or University representative(s). All parties may informally attempt a resolution of the matter before a formal grievance is filed. Informal resolutions, although final, shall not be precedent setting. If the grievance is not resolved through informal discussion with the immediate supervisor and/or University representative(s), the employee may file a formal grievance as set forth below.

  • Program Review The Contracting Officer or other authorized government representative may hold semi- annual program review meetings. Such meetings will be held via telecom or video teleconferencing. However, the Government reserves the right to request a meeting in person. The meetings will include all BPA holders, representatives from prospective customer agencies, a combination of current and prospective customer agencies, or individual BPA holders. Some Federal Government Agencies and any approved State, Local and Tribal agencies may establish a central program management function. Such users may require their primary suppliers to participate in agency program review meetings on a periodic basis, at no additional cost to the Government.
